Job Summary
The mission of this role is to lead a talented sales team to recruit high potential CN brand owners and manufacturers to Amazon EU store and support them to grow their business and achieve win-win for both Amazon and Sellers. The key expectations of this role include: 1) lead/develop a strong team to deliver solid business results; 2) launch new initiatives to smartly source high potential sellers or improve conversion or drive their post-launch success; 3) gather thorough seller and business insights and contribute to strategic decision-making process and director-level business reviews.
- 7 years of prior work in business development sales or sales-engineering preferably in the technology internet and e-commerce sectors experience
- Experience in business development sales or sales-engineering preferably in the technology internet and e-commerce sectors
- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
- Experience successfully leading and developing a team of direct and indirect reports
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 5 years of sales team management experience
- Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience
- Experience in sales team management
- Experience in e-commerce
- Experience with data analysis (including advanced Excel and database analysis)
