The Marketing Coordinator is a core contributor to COPCs marketing team supporting key initiatives that span our physician network and practice locations. This is a dynamic process-driven role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment is energized by project management and is comfortable building structure where none exists.
This position sits at the intersection of marketing execution and operational coordination with a particular focus on managing all activities related to physician and practice onboardings offboardings and relocations. The Marketing Coordinator will serve as the internal project manager for these events owning timelines coordinating stakeholders and ensuring every marketing touchpoint is executed accurately and on schedule.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Own end-to-end project management for all physician onboardings offboardings and practice moves including building and maintaining master trackers milestone checklists and stakeholder communication timelines.
Develop and continuously improve standardized workflows for recurring lifecycle events ensuring consistent execution and a high standard of accuracy across every deliverable.
Proactively identify bottlenecks flag risks and problem-solve in real time to keep multiple concurrent projects on track and on deadline.
Manage execution of all marketing deliverables tied to physician transitions including but not limited to patient notification letters retirement communications and external announcements.
Maintain organized documentation and project records to ensure transparency and institutional knowledge retention.
Track new physician marketing spend; partner with the Marketing Director to monitor budgets and reconcile campaign activity.
Act as a responsive and solutions-oriented marketing resource for practice teams fielding requests providing guidance and escalating when appropriate.
Coordinate photography needs including provider headshots and lifestyle imagery from scheduling through vendor management.
Provide support on the creation of visual and written communication pieces for digital and print channels.
Manage external vendor and printer relationships for print production projects including obtaining quotes managing timelines and approving proofs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Education Licensures & Certifications
Required: Bachelors degree in marketing Communications or related field.
Required: Active Ohio Drivers License with the ability to travel throughout COPCs service area
Preferred: 1 years of marketing experience in healthcare or a corporate setting.
B. Knowledge Skills & Abilities
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects competing deadlines and shifting priorities without losing momentum or attention to detail.
Strong verbal written and interpersonal communication skills; able to interface confidently with physicians and office managers.
Demonstrates ownership of assigned work responds promptly to requests and follows through on commitments with minimal supervision.
Brings a team-first attitude and the ability to work cross-functionally navigating competing needs with tact and diplomacy.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite project management platforms and marketing tools; willingness to learn new systems quickly.
Basic level of knowledge or willingness to learnabout healthcare marketing HIPAA communications considerations and patient-facing messaging is a plus.
