Job Summary

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Controller with a strong background in construction accounting to oversee financial operations and support project teams. This role requires hands-on experience with Sage 300 Oracle Textura and Smartsheets and the ability to manage financial reporting job costing and billing processes in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting
Manage job costing project budgets and cost tracking
Handle billing processes including progress billing and pay applications
Utilize Oracle Textura for subcontractor payments and compliance
Maintain accurate financial records in Sage 300 (Timberline)
Track project workflows and reporting using Smartsheets
Collaborate with project managers vendors and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls

Qualifications:

5 years of experience in construction accounting or finance
Strong hands-on experience with Sage 300 (Timberline) required
Experience with Oracle Textura required
Proficiency in Smartsheets required
Strong understanding of job costing billing and project accounting
Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills
