Lead Software Engineer - AI and Workflow Platforms (12 overall years of exp with 5 years of experience in Python and 1 year of hands-on experience in AI/Gen-AI)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to architect design and deliver an enterprise scale servicing platform.

This role focuses on system design technical direction and engineering rigor development and operational excellence.

Required Technical Skills

Strong experience in backend and distributed system design
Strong experience in Python Google ADK
Experience in Agentic environments
Strong MongoDB or any NOSQL
Experience in Asynchronous APIs
Hands-on Experience in MCP Kafka/Queues workflows
Exposure to Banking domain (KYC Onboarding Banking)
Hands-on experience in microservices based architecture
Hands-on experience to cloud-native environments

Agile and Delivery Practices

Proven leadership in Agile based delivery
Strong experience in estimations and grooming
Guide teams on delivery and velocity management

Leadership Expectations

Mentor Junior Engineers
Enforce Engineering and architectural disciple
Outcome focused

Key Responsibilities

Own end to end design and development of agents/components
Review designs code quality and integration patterns
Build robust APIs and workflows
Implement workflow and task-based processing
Partner with product operation and architecture teams
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies
