Overview

A leading global professional services organization is seeking a dynamic and motivated ServiceNow Developer to design and deliver innovative solutions within the ServiceNow platform that enhance operational efficiency and elevate user experience.

This is a strategic hands-on role where technical expertise and creative problem-solving will drive meaningful impact. The ServiceNow Developer will collaborate with IT teams business stakeholders and cross-functional departments to architect scalable high-performing platform solutions supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

Design configure and customize ServiceNow applications workflows catalog items and integrations
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and refine technical and business requirements
Partner with IT and business teams to plan and implement platform solutions
Provide platform support maintenance troubleshooting and upgrades
Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides
Deliver training to end users and administrators
Contribute to emerging initiatives including AI-driven and agentic platform capabilities

Architecture & Design

Apply deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture data models and application structures
Prioritize configuration-first approaches to reduce customization risk and technical debt

UI/UX & Usability

Enhance usability and overall user experience across the ServiceNow platform

Workflow & Automation

Implement automation using Flow Designer and Business Rules
Ensure security and compliance throughout automated processes

Data Management & Reporting

Maintain data integrity using Import Sets Transform Maps and CMDB relationship modeling
Develop dashboards and reports aligned with user and leadership needs
Support data stewardship across key tables and modules

Integration & Development

Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications and third-party systems
Build scalable maintainable and high-performing platform solutions
Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience (ITSM and Workplace Case Management preferred)
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field
Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices
Experience developing and integrating ServiceNow solutions within enterprise environments
Proficiency in JavaScript Flow Designer Glide API and web services
Strong understanding of CMDB modeling and data management best practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience working in Agile environments including sprint planning and backlog management
Ability to work additional hours as needed

Compensation & Benefits

Estimated salary range: $150000 $175000 based on experience and qualifications
