Overview
A leading global professional services organization is seeking a dynamic and motivated ServiceNow Developer to design and deliver innovative solutions within the ServiceNow platform that enhance operational efficiency and elevate user experience.
This is a strategic hands-on role where technical expertise and creative problem-solving will drive meaningful impact. The ServiceNow Developer will collaborate with IT teams business stakeholders and cross-functional departments to architect scalable high-performing platform solutions supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Design configure and customize ServiceNow applications workflows catalog items and integrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and refine technical and business requirements
- Partner with IT and business teams to plan and implement platform solutions
- Provide platform support maintenance troubleshooting and upgrades
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides
- Deliver training to end users and administrators
- Contribute to emerging initiatives including AI-driven and agentic platform capabilities
Architecture & Design
- Apply deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture data models and application structures
- Prioritize configuration-first approaches to reduce customization risk and technical debt
UI/UX & Usability
- Enhance usability and overall user experience across the ServiceNow platform
Workflow & Automation
- Implement automation using Flow Designer and Business Rules
- Ensure security and compliance throughout automated processes
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain data integrity using Import Sets Transform Maps and CMDB relationship modeling
- Develop dashboards and reports aligned with user and leadership needs
- Support data stewardship across key tables and modules
Integration & Development
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications and third-party systems
- Build scalable maintainable and high-performing platform solutions
- Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience (ITSM and Workplace Case Management preferred)
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field
- Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices
- Experience developing and integrating ServiceNow solutions within enterprise environments
- Proficiency in JavaScript Flow Designer Glide API and web services
- Strong understanding of CMDB modeling and data management best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in Agile environments including sprint planning and backlog management
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated salary range: $150000 $175000 based on experience and qualifications
