- Up to date with industry trends (e.g. AI integrations).
- Ability to leverage new technologies in e-commerce contexts.
- Full Stack Development:
- Strong proficiency in both frontend and backend development.
- Able to move fluidly between teams and projects as needed.
- Technical Stack:
- Frontend: (component creation/modification state management design patterns).
- Backend:
- Java (Spring Spring Boot)

- Additional Skills:
- Experience with JSP/Struts is a plus but not required.
