Title : Healthcare Systems Implementation Consultant (Hybrid)
Duration : 12 Months
Location : Los Angeles CA (Local only)
Job Description:
Job Summary: This role will oversee projects involving Real-Time Location Systems (RTLS) nurse call systems and other related healthcare communication and infrastructure technologies. The ideal candidate has experience managing healthcare technology projects working collaboratively with clinical and technical teams and driving implementations from planning through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate cross-functional teams including clinical staff IT teams vendors and leadership.
Oversee implementation of RTLS nurse call systems (e.g. Hill-Rom) and similar healthcare communication technologies.
Develop project plans timelines and documentation to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor project milestones risks and resource allocation.
Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and clinical stakeholders.
Ensure systems meet operational clinical workflow and compliance requirements.
Provide status updates and reports to leadership and project stakeholders.
Issue tracking management with customer and IT teams during implementation and post-go-live support.
Required Qualifications:
Proven project management experience in a hospital environment.
Experience with Nurse Call Real-Time Location Systems (RTLS) Environmental Monitoring
Familiarity with healthcare technology vendors and implementation processes
Ability to lead system implementations and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic understating/working knowledge of servers applications and network infrastructure.
