Job Summary

A well-established and growing healthcare organization located in New York is seeking to immediately hire a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join its dedicated outpatient team in Astoria Queens. This is an excellent full-time opportunity with a rewarding salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve fine motor skills strength coordination and activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Treat patients recovering from injury surgery and neurological or orthopedic conditions
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards and
  • Deliver compassionate patient-centered care in a supportive outpatient environment.
Job Qualifications:
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active New York State Occupational Therapist license
    Compassionate patient-focused approach to care.
  • Experience in an outpatient or clinical setting (pediatric or adult experience welcomed)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Morning hours: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $85000 - 105000 annually
