A premier Physical Therapy chain committed to patient-centered care is seeking a full-time licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Bronx New this role you will deliver high-quality outpatient care under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists while helping patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes. Our team is supportive collaborative and dedicated to exceptional patient experiences.
In this dynamic role you will:
- Implement PT-directed treatment plans and provide hands-on patient care
- Monitor patient response document progress and communicate updates to PTs
- Educate patients on exercises posture safety and injury prevention and
- Ensure accuracy quality and efficiency while supporting daily clinical flow.
To be successful in this position you must possess:
- Active New York State PTA License (required)
- Spanish speaker
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics or physical therapy setting preferred
- Strong communication time-management and clinical judgment skills and
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday with at least 2 Saturdays per month
Compensation:
Full-time: $30 $32 per hour (based on experience)
Benefits Overview (Full-Time):
- Paid Time Off: 40 hours vacation 40 hours sick leave annually (prorated from start date)
- Example: Mid-year hires receive prorated PTO accordingly and
- 401(k) eligibility after 3 months of employment.
