Location: 850 W 1700 S Salt Lake City UT Schedule: Typically Monday - Friday 8:00 am 4:30 pm (on-site) Type: Full-Time FLSA: Non-Exempt
Are you passionate about helping others and making a real impact in your community Were looking for a detail-oriented compassionate professional to support families through Weatherization and Crisis Assistance programs-all while delivering exceptional client-centered care.
What Youll Do
In this role youll determine client eligibility ensure program compliance and guide households toward energy-saving solutions. Youll coordinate schedules for clients and staff monitor caseloads conduct audits and connect individuals to valuable community resources. Your work will help keep projects on track while supporting outreach efforts and mentoring team members to maximize impact.

Travel & Work Conditions
- Valid drivers license required
- Occasional driving (personal or agency vehicle)
- Primarily seated work with light physical activity (lifting up to 10 lbs.)
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Associates degree or higher preferred
Pay & Perks
- $18.80/hour
