Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming shipments for accuracy against purchase orders and quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels including cycle counts physical audits and reconciliation of discrepancies in warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Pick pack and prepare outbound orders ensuring proper labeling documentation and secure packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts pallet jacks and scanners; perform routine equipment checks.
- Maintain warehouse organization and layout optimizing space and workflow to increase operational efficiency.
- Oversee returns processing including inspection restocking and proper documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards reporting hazards and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Support loading and unloading operations and ensure proper handling of products.
- Collaborate with internal teams including logistics production and customer service to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Contribute to process improvements recommending and implementing workflow enhancements.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in logistics or supply chain.
- 13 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items and operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Basic computer proficiency including WMS and inventory-tracking tools.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organizational and time-management skills in a fastpaced environment.
- Clear communication and teamwork abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving operational issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with barcode scanning systems and advanced WMS platforms.
- Certifications in logistics warehousing safety or equipment operation.
