The Senior Manager Technical Product- Client Experience is the owner of all facets of their product and must be adept at working across all phases of product management as both a leader and performer. Entrepreneurial by nature this person is accustomed to taking ideas and turning them into well run products/solutions that create meaningful value both for the customer and the company. This position will serve as the Project Nova workgroup chair as a strategic delivery leader of Epic integration with client-facing digital products and supporting analysis implementation execution and support model. It is expected to evolve into ongoing product management responsibilities after Project Nova is completed.
As a Project Nova workgroup chair set the vision and strategy for Epic integration across multiple client facing products with a primary focus on our future client portal (ie: EpicCare Link). Define and deliver optimized client and partner experiences throughout the digital client journeys for physician practices and hospitals.
Support the DLM project needs as it relates to enabling client digital products and the change management planning associated with client experience impacts (ie: Quanum LSM client migration from Atlas and Epic Link).
Perform gap analysis of product capabilities and build a plan to fill gaps in Epic Link so it exceeds the capabilities of Quests existing client portal capabilities whether through native feature development in Epic or API to deliver Quest services within Epic.
Execute an omni-channel product strategy delivering best of breed features in the client portal and extending them via API into the clients product of choice (EHR Smart on FHIR etc.).
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and contributors to build and execute on client facing tech integration for DLM and Nova Enterprise.
Partner with the Business to confirm understanding of customer need align on scope manage a roadmap and related financials and regularly prioritize product development efforts.
Regularly collect and analyze the Voice of the Customer industry trends disruptors and current competition.
Experienced in bringing new solutions to market is imperative from marketing to onboarding and support.
Ensure comprehensive competitive information on market penetration product capabilities and initiatives are maintained.
Understand Quest clients by leading research stakeholder feedback customer feedback benchmarking and journey mapping to develop deep understanding of clients needs and inform client attraction engagement and retention.
Translate overall vision into product roadmap and delivery; evangelize solutions to associated teams and partners
Accountable for the results of the Digital products assigned; Assess long-term viability of product features aligned to expected business outcomes and benefits building opportunities to maintain or improve Quests competitive position.
Collaborates with business partners on the creation of business cases and serves as two-in-a-box with the Business Owner to manage the product digital and related data lifecycles / journeys.
Accountable for the definition/refinement of the backlog of Epics and related Features to enable Agile ARTs to deliver prioritized business value.
Required WorkExperience:
8 or more years focus with client-facing digital products
5 or more years in Healthcare industry
3 or more years focus on client implementations.
Preferred Work Experience:
Experience with EHRs and FHIR APIs
Experience and/or certified on Epic products
Knowledge of relevant market trends with the ability to identify opportunities.
