Job Description
We are working in exclusive partnership with a well-established manufacturer in the health and nutrition sector to recruit multiple permanent Packing Operatives into their packing hall in Bridlington.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing business offering long-term stability structured training and clear progression pathways within a clean modern production environment. As a Production Operative you will play a key role in ensuring products are packed to the highest quality standards and prepared for distribution across the UK and internationally.
Responsibilities of Production Operative
- Packing finished products to specification
- Operating packing and production machinery
- Completing quality checks and batch paperwork
- Maintaining high hygiene standards within a regulated environment
- Working to strict quality and safety procedures
- Supporting the team to meet daily production targets
As a Production Operative you need to have
- Previous experience within manufacturing production or warehouse (preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work at pace in a fast-moving environment
- A reliable proactive approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
