Senior Manager Merchandising

The Senior Manager Merchandising supports QVC UK leading the strategic planning of category performance multichannel programming airtime allocation and gotomarket events to maximise commercial impact and deliver an engaging customerled shopping experience.

Reporting to theDirector of Planning Programming and CPM you will combine deep merchandising expertise with influential leadership. Youll work at pace across teams lead with agility and help shape the future commercial roadmap for QVC UK while developing and inspiring a highperforming team.

Where Youll Work

This role ishybridand will require you to be onsite at ourChiswick Park Londonlocation 2 days a week Onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company.

What Youll Do

• You will lead the strategic development and execution of the multichannel merchandising plan ensuring category performance is optimised across all platforms

• Youll define and implement airtime allocation and programming strategies that balance customer needs commercial priorities and longterm growth

• You will have ownership the planning and delivery of gotomarket and event strategies partnering crossfunctionally to maximise impact and executional excellence

• Youll Influence the overall commercial roadmap working with merchandising programming marketing and wider teams

• You will Lead coach and develop a team role modelling QVCs Leadership Competency Model and creating an inclusive highperforming environment

• Youll combine strategic thinking with operational focus making dataled decisions at speed while adapting to an evolving retail and media landscape.

What Youll Bring

• Significant experience in merchandising or category planning with proven leadership responsibility and the ability to influence at senior levels

• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills with confidence working in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment

• You will have experience leading crossfunctional initiatives

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office mainly Excel including the ability to write advanced macros

• Youll bring a customerfirst mindset resilience and curiosity along with the confidence to lead change deliver results with speed and help create QVCs future.
