Job Summary
Our client an established construction company is seeking an experienced Wet Works & Finishing Foreman to oversee and coordinate all on-site wet work activities. This is a hands-on supervisory role requiring strong technical knowledge coordination of subcontractors and strict adherence to health safety and quality requirements.
Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate (Matric / Grade 12 certificate)
- Minimum 5 years experience in construction
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in wet works supervisory role
- Brickwork plastering screeding finishing experience
- Waterproofing skills and knowledge
- Setting out and levelling skills
- Materials management experience
- Team supervision capabilities
- Valid drivers license
- Own reliable transport
