Summary Position
The Digital Enterprise Transformation Manager leads the sites digitalization strategy across all business lines (Pay MCS SMD Products and IBS) ensuring alignment with business needs technological capabilities and operational excellence. This role drives Industry 4.0 initiatives manufacturing digitalization data integration and automation to improve performance across production engineering quality and support areas.
It ensures robust governance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and compliance with applicable standards such as ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 ISO 50001 IATF 16949 and SAS UICC. The role also oversees digital and quality readiness for New Product Introduction (NPI) including material and equipment pre-qualification and operational quality plans.
The manager leads a multidisciplinary team to deliver digital solutions strengthen manufacturing processes and support continuous improvement enabling the sites digital evolution and ensuring product compliance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Functions as Quality Management Representative ensuring all processes needed for the QMS are established implemented and maintained. Reports performance and improvement needs to Top Management and promotes customer-centric quality awareness across the organization.
Leads development team to deliver digital solutions applications and software aligned with user requirements. Oversees planning commitments and functionality validation.
Drives smart-factory initiatives and digital integration across production floor. Ensures successful execution of digital projects (MES automation traceability data integration).
Ensures NPI readiness: digital validation documentation qualification of materials and equipment risk assessment operational quality plans. Drives cross-functional alignment for flawless launches.
Ensures digital tools support standard work problem solving traceability audits and compliance for operations and quality processes.
Minimum Requirements:
Formal Education: Engineering degree (Industrial Systems Electronics Automation Mechatronics or related).
Languages: Fluent Business English
IT/Software: Microsoft Office / Thales internal software and applications: I-care PDM flow Oracle Chorus SESAM
Experience in years: 3 years in similar position digitalization NPI process engineering or production management roles.
Technical Knowledge: Digital Transformation & Industry 4.0: Experience implementing digital solutions in manufacturing environments.
Quality Management & Normativity: Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 IATF 16949 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 ISO 50001. Experience with audits CAPA NCR management process mapping and continuous improvement.
Core Tools & Lean Six Sigma: Practical use of Core Tools: APQP PPAP FMEA MSA SPC.
New Product Introduction (NPI): Experience managing NPI cycles (phase-gate) manufacturability (DFM/DFA) process validation and pre-qualification of equipment materials firmware and suppliers.
Manufacturing Processes & Technologies: Strong understanding of production processes in electronics secure documents cards modules or equipment. Knowledge of equipment qualification validation and capability studies.
