Job Summary
Supervise and manage daily security operations at depots office buildings cross-boundary stations and other designated locations of the Corporation
Implement and execute security programmes to protect the Corporations assets and safeguard the interests of stakeholders
Monitor and evaluate on-site security performance to ensure compliance with operational standards service quality requirements and emergency preparedness procedures
Grade E / Level 2 / Attained or above in 5 subjects of HKALE / HKCEE / HKDSE including English and Chinese Language
Possession of valid Security Personnel Permit and completion of a Security Training Course recognised under Quality Assurance System for Recognition Scheme (QASRS)
A minimum of 4 years relevant experience gained in a disciplined force or commercial security operation of which 3 years should be at supervisory level
Proven experience in planning & implementing crowd management & public order events
Sound knowledge of criminal law and procedures security risk management and principles
Good communication supervisory and leadership skills
