Essential Job Functions:
Assist in executing the corporate real estate strategy within a specific domain or department.
Manage a portion of the real estate portfolio focusing on lease negotiations tenant relations and property maintenance.
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill space needs and office planning balancing functionality and cost-effectiveness.
Analyze real estate data for informed decision-making including evaluating property investments.
Support the supervision of real estate professionals in their daily tasks including lease administration and vendor relationships.
Engage in lease negotiations with landlords and brokers to secure favorable terms.
Contribute to budget development and adhere to financial goals.
Maintain awareness of local real estate laws regulations and market trends.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically 7 years of relevant work experience in industry with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
Proven experience in corporate real estate management
Proficiencies in real estate strategy negotiation financial analysis and project management
Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
Relevant certifications such as Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Certified Property Manager (CPM) or similar are a plus
