Inventory & Supply Chain Coordinator Manufacturing Operations

Vertiv is seeking an experienced inventory and supply chain professional to manage inventory production planning and order fulfillment for manufacturing operations ensuring accurate timely delivery and operational efficiency for key accounts.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills:
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Supply Chain Operations or related field
  • 2 years of experience in account management or customer-facing operational coordination
  • 2 years of hands-on experience in order management (quote-to-cash lifecycle)
  • 2 years of experience in inventory management warehouse coordination or production scheduling
  • 2 years of experience in shipment tracking logistics coordination and delivery execution
  • 2 years of experience using ERP systems (Oracle or comparable) for data tracking and reporting
  • 2 years of experience in financial operations support (PO/change order management invoicing project closeout)
  • 2 years of experience in risk identification and mitigation within supply chain or account operations
  • Strong analytical detail-oriented mindset with the ability to collect analyze and act on operational data
  • Excellent communication skills for coordination with production teams suppliers and customers

Vertiv a global leader in critical digital infrastructure is seeking an Inventory & Supply Chain Account Program Coordinator to lead operational excellence for key accounts. This role is responsible for end-to-end order execution inventory validation shipment oversight and supply chain risk mitigation ensuring clients receive accurate timely and seamless service. The ideal candidate is adata-driven detail-oriented professional who collects analyzes and interprets operational data to validate inventory levels identify supply chain risks and enforce proper procedures and processes. You will serve as the central point of accountability for key accounts ensuring orders are executed efficiently while proactively mitigating risks optimizing inventory and production planning and maintaining compliance with operational standards.

This role demands hands-on experience in tracking orders analyzing trends validating workflows and driving actionable insights to prevent delays reduce errors and maintain customer satisfaction across complex supply chain and account operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key client accounts acting as the primary liaison between customers internal teams and supply chain operations
  • Track and analyze orders inventory shipments and production schedules to ensure on-time and accurate delivery
  • Use data analysis to identify trends forecast needs and support operational decisions
  • Ensure accuracy of purchase orders change orders and invoicing aligning with account requirements and operational capacity
  • Identify operational or supply chain risks proactively implementing mitigation strategies to maintain service levels
  • Provide regular account updates and reporting to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Support process improvements for inventory tracking order management and shipment coordination
  • Collaborate with Planning Operations and Supply Chain teams to optimize workflow capacity and resource utilization
