A well-respected litigation law firm seeks a personal injury attorney with demonstrated capability to zealously advocate for clients to join their growing Mount Pleasant practice!

Attorney with 1 to 2 years of SC personal injury experience who is interested in growing in litigation and supervise support staff.

Qualifications:

Admitted to SC Bar in good standing
Personal injury experience with proven negotiation successes
Exposure to all phases of a personal injury case
Excellent analytical skills
Professional written & verbal communication skills
Ability to develop positive rapport with a diverse group of people
Adept at working efficiently and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Balance working independently and collaborating with team
Proactive results-focused work ethic

Responsibilities include:

Represent and counsel clients regarding their legal rights and obligations
Review analyze and evaluate all case information and investigative materials
Accountable for adherence to statute of limitations and notice deadlines
Negotiate settle and try plaintiff personal injury cases
Timely communication with clients and medical providers
Provide outstanding client service in a professional and ethical manner
Establish and maintain effective professional working relationships with fellow attorneys and support staff
