Job Summary
A Mount Pleasant SC litigation law firm seeks a talented confident and disciplined attorney to manage personal injury cases from open to close. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who wants to take ownership of their caseload while contributing to the growth of a dynamic practice.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-5 years of personal injury experience preferred
- Litigation experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of South Carolina auto insurance law Ability to manage cases independently from intake through resolution
- Demonstrated professionalism integrity and respect in client and team interactions
- Strong organizational negotiation and courtroom skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as lead attorney on personal injury cases from pre-litigation through litigation
- Develop case strategy and drive cases toward resolution or trial
- Maintain high standards of client service and responsiveness
