Were supporting a fantastic opportunity to join an intimate highly regarded fine dining restaurant set within a charming townhouse in Cambridge. Known for its precise beautifully presented dishes and thoughtful service it offers an elevated tasting menu experience in a relaxed yet refined setting.
With a small close-knit team at its core the restaurant prides itself on delivering exceptional hospitality that feels personal polished and genuinely welcoming.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the restaurant ensuring every guest receives a seamless and memorable dining experience.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Up to 40000 per annum including service charge
- 4-day working week One early finish at 5pm each week
- 40 hours per week
- Working within a small tight-knit and supportive team
Responsibilities as the Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading the front of house team
- Delivering exceptional detail-driven service throughout each sitting
- Building strong relationships with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Assisting with staff training and development
- Contributing to the overall guest journey from arrival through to departure
