Role Overview
As the AI Governance Program Director you will be the primary architect of our internal and client-facing AI risk frameworks. You arent just writing a policy; you are building a living ecosystem of Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM). You will lead the "Shift-Left" movement ensuring governance is baked into the development lifecycle from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the DotCoAI Governance Maturity Model moving the organization from manual checklists to automated TRACE-RAI evidence gathering.
AI Asset Registry: Establish and maintain a comprehensive inventory of all AI models third-party LLMs and "Shadow AI" across the enterprise.
Executive Reporting: Transform complex risk metrics into high-level dashboards for the Board of Directors and Regulatory bodies.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Chair the AI Ethics Committee and act as the final arbiter for high-risk model deployments.
Qualifications
Experience: 10 years in GRC IT Audit or Enterprise Risk; 3 years leading AI-specific governance initiatives.
Technical Literacy: Ability to discuss model drift hyperparameter tuning and data lineage with engineering teams.
Education: Masters degree in Law Business (MBA) or Computer Science.
Certifications: CGEIT CRISC or IAPPs Certified AI Governance Professional (AIGP).
