Bid System Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to join our this dynamic role you will lead systems engineering contributions for complex strategic must-win competitive pursuits ensuring technically compliant compelling and integrated proposal submissions.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Capture Managers Business Development Systems
Engineering Finance Contracts Program Management Facilities and
other stakeholders for technical submissions.
Apply and tailor Proposal Process expertise guiding cross-functional team
members on proposal procedures compliance and best practices.
Create key proposal artifacts including proposal outlines compliance
matrices storyboard plans and delivery strategies with a focus on systems
engineering content.
Manage the lifecycle of technical content within ensuring reusable system
engineering artifacts are accurate and up-to-date.
Track and report on the status of technical content for accuracy
consistency compliance and alignment with schedule.

Basic Qualifications
Experience supporting or leading proposals as a Systems Engineer
contributing to large complex proposal/capture efforts by providing
technical strategy system architecture input and compliant technical
content.
Strong familiarity with competitive proposal processes including tailoring
technical content to align with capture strategies and evaluation criteria.
Experience interfacing with executive leadership to provide technical
guidance status updates risk assessments and recommendations on
system design integration and proposal strategy.
Desired Skills Systems Engineering Proposal Lead
Program management experience with the ability to oversee technical
proposal efforts from planning through submission.
Ability to effectively communicate within the company to extract essential
information on key systems ensuring a smooth Bid to Engineering transfer
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated
ability to produce clear concise and compelling technical content.
Experience developing proposal content across technical management
past performance and resume sections.
