- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related discipline (mandatory).
- Postgraduate qualification (MBA MSc in IT or Management) advantageous.
- PMP (Project Management Professional)

- ITIL v4
- SAFe Program Consultant
Relevant Experience
- 1012 years experience in IT operations program management or technology delivery.
- Proven experience managing large-scale operational or infrastructure programs.
- Strong background in service management and operational governance.
