Role Summary and Impact

• Ensure excellence in every operational activity of the digital team by adhering to processes guidelines and best technical practices with the goal of achieving the expected results in line with our clients objectives.
• You will be responsible for guiding and fostering the teams technical and professional growth in line with client needs and objectives.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the strategic team and the operational team to ensure the proper execution of requested digital activities.
• Coordinating the teams overall operations to ensure proper digital implementation.
• Leading the integration of strategic requirements into operational plans in accordance with the objectives and budget commitments of each media plan.
• Managing the Mediasense audit and monitoring cost commitments.
• Identifying opportunities for workflow efficiency and monitoring digital reconciliation.

Skills and Experience

• Education: Bachelors degree
• Languages: Advanced English
• At least 4 years of experience in digital operations
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of reporting dashboards
