We are currently searching for a Talent Project Manager (Success Factors):

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for strategic projects from planning and delivery to deployment ensuring alignment with Talents strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope requirements and deliverables.
• Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop a detailed cross-functional project plan and actively manage project timelines.
• Manage project resources including internal teams and external vendors to ensure adequate staffing and effective utilization.
• Identify project risks develop mitigation strategies and proactively address potential issues to ensure project success.
• Perform Project Financial Management: Develop the overall project budget and control costs for the duration of the project including planned actual and forecast for both operational and capital expenditures.
• Foster strong communication across the project including stakeholders team members and leadership providing regular updates and ensuring alignment transparency and effective decision-making.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by establishing and maintaining project management best practices quality standards and testing procedures.
• Facilitate change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes by end-users.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans status reports meeting minutes and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and data integration projects.
• 5 to 7 years of industry experience as a Project Manager preferably in Talent.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies tools and best practices.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively with global teams virtually disbursed around the globe.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive project success.
• Excellent project management skills including planning organizing and managing resources.
• Effective communication negotiation and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience emotional intelligence and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering.

Desired

• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are desirable.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Ability to use approved AI components to help drive efficiencies.
• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages
