Elevate customer success by delivering expert clinical consultations assessments and highimpact education that empower users to achieve optimal outcomes with ASP products.
Strengthen ASPs market leadership by building trusted long-term relationships with customers and partnering closely with Sales to provide bestpractice valuedriven solutions that support strategic accounts.
Advance clinical education by designing developing and delivering engaging learning programs and materials that enhance product adoption and drive customer engagement.
Shape ASPs future offerings by serving as a clinical expert to internal teams - informing product development identifying market trends and amplifying the voice of the customer.
Drive operational excellence by managing schedules budgets and priorities effectively while collaborating crossfunctionally to evaluate product performance and support key organizational initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (BS/BA) is required.
- 5-10 years experience of current clinical experience in OR and/or SPD and/or Endoscopy and/or infection prevention practices preferred.
- 3 years experience in delivering educational programs/presentations preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft software applications (Outlook Excel PowerPoint).
- Up to 75% travel (supporting the Northeast region).
