Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Houston TX (Hobby Airport Area) In-Office
Pay: $21.00/hr (up to $23.00/hr based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time
Reports To: Director of Sales
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at a growing industrial wire products company. This role is critical in supporting the sales team by ensuring excellent service accurate order processing and timely communication with customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment can manage multiple priorities and is committed to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
Support the sales team with order entry tracking and follow-up
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in internal systems
Provide product information pricing and availability to customers
Coordinate with production shipping and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment
Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Assist with administrative tasks and reporting as needed
Qualifications
13 years of customer service experience preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; basic Excel skills preferred
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive hourly pay: $21.00/hr (flexible up to $23.00/hr based on experience)
