Position Summary:

Were seeking a Technical Chief of Staff who can combine exceptional communication and storytelling skills with strong technical and analytical this role youll partner directly with the COO to drive strategic execution shape enterprise narratives and lead highimpact projects. Roughly half your time will focus on technical and datadriven initiatives turning analysis into insight and insight into action.

Salary Range:

Expected salary range of ($150000 - $175000) based on experience and addition HASI offers an annual bonus program; 401(k) with company match; an equity incentive program; comprehensive medical dental and vision benefits; paid time off for vacation holidays and sick days; and much more.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the COO in managing priorities information flow and cross-functional projects

Support strategic planning initiative tracking and execution of key operational technology and data efforts

Drive preparation of executive-level presentations reports and board materials

Conduct analysis synthesize insights and communicate recommendations to leadership

Proactively identify and resolve business challenges anticipating needs and removing barriers

Manage meeting agendas follow-ups and action tracking for the COOs office

Facilitate communication and alignment within and across teams/corporate functions

Lead or support special projects and ad-hoc initiatives spanning operations automation and process improvement

Provide hands-on support to other critical projects across the organization as needed serving as a nimble resource that can be deployed where your skills have the greatest impact

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in business finance marketing

45 years of experience in management consulting or similar strategic/analytical roles

Exceptional communication and presentation skills - able to craft and deliver executivegrade narratives from complex data.

Advanced data analysis and visualization abilities (e.g. Excel PowerPoint data tools)

Strong project management and organizational skills; experience juggling multiple priorities

Highly proactive resourceful and solutions-oriented mindset

Comfortable with ambiguityable to learn quickly adapt and thrive amid dynamic uncertain environments

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to earn trust and collaborate across all levels of the organization

Preferred

Familiarity with structured finance or related sectors

Exposure to high-growth transformational organizations
