Senior Helpers Serving Southwest Michigan
Compensation: $16 - $20 (Based upon experience certification and education)

Key Responsibilities
As a caregiver you will provide compassionate non-medical in-home care that helps seniors remain independent.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing grooming dressing and hygiene
- Support safe mobility transfers and positioning
- Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation and engagement
- Assist with transportation errands and appointments
- Provide medication reminders and wellness monitoring
- Observe and report changes in physical or cognitive condition
- Perform light housekeeping meal preparation and laundry
- Support client independence while maintaining a safe home environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience working with seniors (home care assisted living or healthcare preferred)
- CNA HHA or caregiving certification preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Ability to pass background check
- Compassionate dependable and professional attitude
- Comfortable working in homes with pets
