Responsibilities

Provides nursing assistance and patient care to provide for the comfort safety and personal needs of patients. Assists physicians/physician assistants/nurse practitioners in medical office setting. Performs duties within the construct of a multidisciplinary patient care team while sharing various tasks with other licensed and nonlicensed members.

We need the candidate to have strong communication skills be able to multitask and take direction. Experience in Oncology a plus. This position will be for our the cancer institute (Oncology Access Center). The candidate also needs to have experience working with adobe excel and word.

Qualifications

1. One (1) year of healthcare experience as a Medical Assistant.

2. Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.

3. Visual color acuity screening depending on the role in specific units.

Work Hours:

8am-4:30pm
