CSOC MoD A Block (MAB) Review Delivery Officer (OF3)

Candidates must have sufficient military / MAB baseline knowledge to understand review content and context without extensive translation.
Subject to formal establishment the Cyber and Special Operations Command (CSOC) MAB Review Delivery Officer position terms and conditions of service (TaCoS) will be shaped around the Reservist immediate availability key experience skillset and rank.
This is a high-profile fastpaced role for someone who enjoys complex problems senior exposure and tangible impact. The work is timebound visible and consequential offering the opportunity to leave behind a single authoritative record that demonstrates progress accountability and delivery at pace. You must be confident in the use of information management tools to collate track and evidence actions including regular interaction with senior stakeholders conduct structured staff interaction and interviews.
The role demands exemplary communication skills and will support the critical delivery function at the heart of Defence focused on turning insight into action. The postholder will sit at the centre of a major piece of assurance activity helping to bring coherence clarity and closure to over 500 recommendations arising from multiple highprofile reviews.
You will play a key role in ensuring that commitments made to senior leaders Ministers and external stakeholders are properly understood prioritised evidenced and closed providing confidence that issues have been addressed and risks mitigated.
