Supervisor

As we are about to set into the busiest 6 months of the pub calendar were looking for a Supervisor to join the team whod be happy to work evenings and weekends has a passion for hospitality and is eager to learn more with the option to always progress further.

The Mitre Shaftesbury is a beautiful country pub set on the high street near the wonderful Gold Hill. It is a Best of British pub serving the very best seasonal fresh produce as well as some fantastic ales & fine wines all served with a fabulous view of The Blackmore Vale.

You will be passionate about training our team toensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shiftssafely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to theircareer in hospitality and we can offer ongoingdevelopment to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
