As a Security Officer - Evening Roving Patrol in Chino CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a busy logistics and distribution location you will conduct routine patrols stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents and monitor activity across yards docks and access points. You will respond to concerns document observations and communicate clearly with team members and site personnel. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients employees drivers and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting actions taken and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility warehouse areas loading docks parking areas and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and vehicle or pedestrian traffic flow as assigned verifying authorization and directing visitors deliveries and contractors according to site procedures.
• Complete routine reports shift logs and incident reports and notify appropriate personnel of hazards maintenance issues and/or unusual conditions observed during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
