Job Summary
Coordinate and monitor maintenance repair and small construction projects ensuring timely and efficient completion.
Log and track maintenance requests technical works and minor projects.
Liaise with contractors engineers architects and consultants managing schedules deliverables and project timelines.
Maintain organized records including contracts warranties permits drawings technical documentation and maintenance logs.
Assist in obtaining quotations evaluating proposals and coordinating vendor appointments.
Track service agreements ensure compliance and monitor project budgets.
Prepare and maintain status reports project updates and technical documentation for management review.
Organize meetings property inspections and other project-related activities.
Ensure health & safety regulations building codes and insurance requirements are met.
Support senior management with correspondence reports and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Construction Management Civil Engineering Facilities Management Architecture or a related discipline) will be considered an advantage but is not required.
Valid drivers license with the ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
Proven experience in facilities management construction coordination property administration or a related field
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and manage priorities independently
Familiarity with construction processes technical drawings and project documentation
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Fluent in Greek and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
High level of discretion professionalism and attention to detail
