We have an opportunity to join a well-established family-run food manufacturing business with deep roots in the local area. With a heritage spanning generations and a supportive close-knit team this role offers stability variety and the chance to become a valued part of the business.

You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the site acting as the first point of contact while supporting multiple departments with essential administration giving you real ownership and variety in your role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all customers visitors and contractors delivering a professional and welcoming front of house experience
  • Managing incoming calls including answering transferring taking messages and monitoring voicemails
  • Welcoming visitors and contractors on arrival ensuring they are signed in and out in line with site procedures
  • Receiving deliveries checking items and accurately booking them into the system
  • Reviewing delivery notes and invoices maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings ensuring rooms are clean organised and refreshments are prepared as required
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post including sorting distributing and preparing items for dispatch
  • Carrying out general administrative duties including scanning filing and document management
  • Supporting managers with booking meetings and interview coordination when required
  • Logging and tracking staff holiday requests ensuring records are kept up to date
  • Taking accurate minutes during Health & Safety meetings
  • Providing additional administrative support to transport logistics and procurement teams as needed

This will be working Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm with a 30-minute lunch break earning a salary between .
