Your Role:
- Allocating bank statemets;
- Booking invoices and expence sheets;
- Allocating payments;
- Involved in group and clients correspondence;
- Confirming balances;
- Offering Support on month end & year end closing activities;
- Offering Support to the finance team with other specific tasks.
- Managing monthly invoicing and preparation of invoicing reports.
Qualifications :
Who You Are:
- Mandatory graduate accounting / economics profile University;
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience or in a similar role;
- Basic accounting and fiscal knowledge;
- Good Excel knowledge;
- Fluency in English (oral and written with a minimum level of B2).
- Analytical thinking well organized and good attention to details;
- Team oriented enthusiastic and flexible;
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Previous experience of SAP would be an asset.
