We are hiring for our client a leading international law firm seeking a Finance & Capital Markets Solicitor (2 years PQE) to join their top-tier Dublin team. The Role

As a Finance & Capital Markets Solicitor you will:

• Advise on debt capital markets and structured finance transactions
• Work on securitisations (ABS CMBS CLOs RMBS) and private credit
• Support on fund finance real estate finance and loan portfolio sales
• Assist with derivatives risk transfer and ESG/green finance products
• Collaborate with international offices on multi-jurisdictional matters
• Engage directly with high-profile domestic and global clients

The Person

The ideal Finance & Capital Markets Solicitor will have:

• 2 years PQE in finance structured finance or debt capital markets
• Strong technical drafting and analytical skills
• Commercial awareness and a solutions-focused mindset
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
