Job Summary
- Facilitate daily stand-ups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous process improvement.
- Coach development teams on agile principles practices and ceremonies while promoting self-organization and accountability.
- Identify escalate and help resolve impediments that hinder team productivity and sprint progress.
- Collaborate with product owners to refine backlog prioritization and ensure clear user story definition.
- Analyze team metrics and velocity trends to identify opportunities for optimization and performance enhancement.
- Mentor team members on agile best practices and support their professional development within the software development lifecycle.
- Communicate project status risks and achievements to stakeholders with clarity and transparency.
- Manage agile tools and workflows to maintain accurate sprint tracking and documentation.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation psychological safety and continuous learning.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or similar agile coaching role within software development environments.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and technical processes.
- Expertise in Scrum Kanban or other agile frameworks with demonstrated ability to implement and adapt them.
- Proficiency with agile project management tools such as Jira Azure DevOps or equivalent platforms.
- Excellent facilitation communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution problem-solving and removing team impediments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics identify trends and drive data-informed decisions.
- Experience coaching and mentoring development teams to enhance performance and capability.
- Preferred: Scrum Master Certification (CSM PSM or equivalent).
- Preferred: Background in software development or technical project management.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
