We are hiring a Program Manager on our Sligo site on Manorhamilton Road. The Program Manager is responsible for providing program management to all manufacturing operations and New Product Introductions (NPIs) across the site. This role ensures that multiple related projects are managed efficiently aligned with business objectives and delivered with high quality results. The Program Manager collaborates with R&D and PDS&T leads cross-functional teams (including manufacturing EHS engineering supply chain quality assurance and purchasing) and represents the site in global project teams and reviews.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive program plans using PMO tools ensuring alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with global PDS&T CMC teams to support development and supply strategies for new products
- Assist cross-functional teams locally in the execution of strategies for delivery of site projects including NPIs in accordance with Global timelines
- Evaluate project activities timelines and resources to enable efficient and effective delivery
- Support supplier selection technology transfer capital expansions regulatory filings and launch supply building as per program timelines
- Monitor project performance milestones and deliverables for adherence to timelines and budgets
- Facilitate integration and coordination between multiple concurrent projects
- Communicate program status progress and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Foster strong internal and external relationships for program success and have a strong continuous improvement mindset when it comes to the process of program management
- Identify assess and manage program risks and issues; develop and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements company standards and EHS&E policies
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or higher in a technical or quality discipline
- Minimum of 7 years of total Pharmaceutical Industry experience
- 3 years of technical transfer and new product launch experience within Pharmaceutical Manufacture environment required including management of large complex programs and cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge in drug development process and pharmaceutical manufacturing process
- Knowledge of Quality and Supply Chain Systems
- Expertise in project management tools and methodologies
- Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and programs
- Experience influencing peers in other organizations and senior management.
- Commitment to quality business ethics and compliance
