Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to lead the day-to-day accounting function while remaining actively involved in the close and reporting process. This role offers the best of both worldsleadership responsibility and technical involvementwhile partnering closely with the VP of Finance and CFO.
What Youll Do:
- Own and manage the month-end close and full-cycle accounting process
- Prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements
- Oversee general ledger activity and ensure accurate timely reporting
- Lead key accounting areas including inventory fixed assets accruals and intercompany transactions
- Supervise and develop accounting staff building a strong accountable team
- Partner with leadership across departments to support decision-making
- Play a key role in audits compliance and process improvements
- Assist with cash flow banking and overall financial operations
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- 6 years of accounting experience
- Strong GAAP and full-cycle accounting expertise
- Advanced Excel and ERP system experience
