This position supportsapproximately75 offices in Oregon and Washington andisbased out of our support centerofficeinSalem OR.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs a combination but not necessarily all of the following duties:
- Develop andmaintainaworkingunderstanding of the business units being supported andprovide HR supportthroughout the regions
- Build andmaintainpositivestrong workingrelationships withteam members managersoperational leaders HR colleagues andHR vendors
- Partnerand supportDirectorsofOperation and Practice Managerswithperformance management behavioral issues policy interpretationscorrectiveactionandconflict resolutionconversationsserving as first point of contact for day-to-dayemployeerelations matters andpartnershipwith HR leadershipto ensureconsistencyappropriate escalationand risk mitigation
- Provide supplemental administrative and communication support for leave of absence and accommodation processes as needed in coordination with the leave team and leave vendor.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness ofteam memberdata related to job changes corrective actions and employment status updatesin yourrespectivesupport teams and regions
- Participate in HR initiatives process improvementssystem upgradesand training as assigned. CreateHR-related communicationsand change initiativecommunicationsas team member involvement inrecognition programsand engagement initiativesbycreatingcommunications to increase leaders and HR Leadership withtalent reviewssuccession planningorganizationalchangesand workforce planningengagementsurveysand communicationssupportactivities as needed
- Ensure compliance with Federal Stateand Local laws governing employment
- Conductorassistwithemployee relationsinvestigationsrelatedtoteam membercomplaintsincluding fact-finding documentation review witness interviews and summary preparationincluding concerns involvingharassmentdiscriminationretaliationor otherrisk concernsin partnership with HR leadership documentation for completeness and consistency escalating as needed
- ReviewstandardHRreportsand HR data to supportdecision-makingidentifydiscrepanciestrendsandtomakerecommendations forcontinuous improvementto HR leadership.
- Identifypotential risk indicators and elevate matters promptly to HR leadership.
- Other duties asassigned ormodifiedas business needs dictate

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- A High School Diploma or GED isrequired
- ABachelors Degreein a related field and/or HR certification are preferred
- 2-3 yearsof HR experience preferably in a multi-sitefast-paced environment
- Employee relations experience strongly preferred
Compensation: $65000
