Job Summary
The Summer Employment Opportunity Program (SEOP) provides temporary summer employment opportunities to children step-children and spouses of Mayo Clinic employees enrolled in a college degree granting program of study and is intended to help supervisors accommodate employee vacation requests when seasonal work volumes are high.
Looking for an opportunity to see firsthand how Mayos phlebotomy labs play an integral role in a patients life her at Mayo Clinic Phlebotomy has been said to be the gateway to the body and here at Mayo lab work is one of the first stops for a patient. We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to assist in our busy and fast-paced environment. You will get to experience the daily pace of lab life see the practical application of helping diagnose patients and have direct patient contact each day!
Qualifications
Must be a child step-child or spouse of a current Mayo Clinic employee.
Must be currently enrolled in a degree granting program.
Must be returning to college in the fall.
Must be able to work a minimum of 10 weeks.
Must be 18 years of age or older by the start of the program
SEOP employees should not expect vacation/days-off to be approved during their commitment.
