As a Learning & Development (L&D) Intern you will support the L&D team by assisting in the transition of training content from the Playbook system to the Bob platform. You will focus heavily on content migration organization and optimization while also contributing to the development of new learning materials. Additionally you will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure training content is accurate engaging and aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the migration of training content from the Playbook system to the Bob system ensuring accuracy consistency and proper formatting
- Review organize and update existing learning materials to align with current processes and standards
- Assist in creating and editing training content including guides presentations and e-learning materials
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and validate content
- Assist with administrative tasks related to training and development initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management Instructional Design Education Human Resources or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Interest in learning systems content development and employee training
