Their solutions focus on enhancing educational efficiency through standard SaaS-based and tailored software to optimize institutional operations and student lifecycles.
The Role: Solutions Architect
The Solutions Architect is responsible for solution-level decisions and analyzing their impact on overall business goals and outcomes. This role exists to translate complex educational requirements into a scalable secure and future-ready platform while owning the technical vision and roadmap. The main focus is guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring architectural integrity throughout the development lifecycle from admissions to graduation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable robust and secure software solutions tailored to the education sector.
- Create detailed architectural designs and technical specifications for new products and enhancements.
- Provide technical guidance mentorship and leadership to the team throughout the product life cycle.
- Collaborate with product managers and high-stakes clients to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct reviews to ensure adherence to design standards security protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Stay up to date on emerging technologies in the education technology space to drive innovation.
- Oversee the implementation of architectural solutions and troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
About You
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture and product development.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- High proficiency in Java Angular or other back-end and front-end technologies.
- Extensive experience in microservices architecture and integration design.
- Deep knowledge of database design specifically with MySQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud is beneficial.
