Job Summary
Role Snapshot

- Team scope: Manages 2030 warehouse operators
Role Purpose & Success Outcomes
Purpose: Ensure accurate efficient warehouse operations across materials semi-finished and finished goods.
- Inventory accuracy meets agreed standards
- Stock turnover and reporting are reliable
- Warehouse SOPs are consistently followed
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations
- Implement and maintain WMS processes
- Monitor stock movements and inventory levels
- Prepare reports and reviews for management
- Establish SOPs and performance standards
- Train and evaluate warehouse staff
Candidate Profile
- Diploma or higher in Warehouse or Logistics Management
- 3 years supervisory experience in large factories
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP Pivot Tables)
- English communication skills required
