Job Summary
Summary of Duties
The RN is responsible for a broad range of skills and knowledge to practice in a number of specialities. It is ideal opportunity for nurses from the novice looking to start off their career to the experts seeking to explore other career paths. This will be an exciting and dynamic environment for nursing staff. S/he will be a champion in promoting excellent patient care while also demonstrating exceptional leadership communication problem solving and conflict resolution skills. Qualifications/Skills
Current Ontario College of Nurses Registration
Current B.C.L.S.
Person-Centred Care philosophy required
Ability to function in an interprofessional team
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills
