Responsibilities:
Timesheets and Payroll
- Weekly Timesheet Management: Review and post timesheets in DeltekVantagePointin an efficient manner.
- Payroll Preparation: Preparebi-weeklypayroll information for ourCanadian team inPowerpay ensuringcompletion within deadlines.
- Work withour USA Team: Support our local Bookkeepers with payroll information for our USA employees on a bi-weekly basis making sure everything isaccurateand on time.
- Overtime Calculations: Preparebi-weekly andmonthly overtime calculations for all employeesaligning with compliance and employment legislation.
- Year-End Processes:Assistwith payroll year-end processes helping us wrap up the year efficiently.
- Reporting: Createand distributetimelypayroll reporting each week and monthto management to support informed decision making andcontinuous improvement.
Personnel Records
- Ensure correct records of employment including employment income and garnishments.
- Manage employee benefits allotment in Deltek making sure our team accesses theirbenefits.
Administration and Reporting
- Answer employees payroll-related questions and provide friendly support.
- Dive into and resolve any issues related to employee reporting and information in Deltek.
- Contribute to completing our monthly operations reports including Billed Efficiency and Utilization Rate.
- Supportwith month-end reporting as needed.

- Designation:An active PCP Designation is essential.
- Time Management & Organization: Strong skills in planning and organizing tasks.
- Initiative:Ability to creatively resolve tasks or problems that arise.
