This role sits in a fast-paced Front Office environmentwhere you will develop and maintain low-latency high-performance tradingplatforms collaborating directly with traders support teams andglobal engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
Development &Engineering
- Design develop and maintain core trading platform components
- Work on booking positions and trade processing systems
- Build and enhance shared libraries services and tools
- Ensure high standards of performance security and reliability
Agile Delivery &Lifecycle
- Participate in full SDLC: analysis development testing and code reviews
- Contribute to migration and refactoring initiatives
- Collaborate with production teams for release and maintenance
Front Office Interaction &Support
- Provide L3 support and handle production issues
- Work directly with traders and business stakeholders
- Balance feature development with real-time support demands
Collaboration &Leadership
- Work in a multidisciplinary team (Java & C#)
- Contribute to technical decisions and architecture discussions
- Support and guide junior developers when needed
Technical Skills Required
- Strong experience in Java (Core multithreading low-latency performance optimization)
- Working knowledge of C#
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and high-load architectures
- Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC practices
- Experience with system migration/refactoring projects
- Knowledge of Oracle Coherence (nice to have)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Academic background in a quantitative field
Business & Domain Knowledge
- Strong understanding of FX (Foreign Exchange) products
- Ability to interact with business and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Mathematical mindset to understand trading flows and logic
