Senior Educational Psychologist - Salarypa
Soulbury EP B Scale 7-10* plus Outer London Allowance plus up to 3 SPA points (previously awarded SPAs will be honoured)
We are excited to be recruiting a Senior Educational Psychologist focused on Tribunals and Critical Incidents to support Haverings dynamic and expanding Educational Psychology Service.
This role will suit an experienced EP with a strong interest in tribunals and critical incident response. You will oversee the services tribunal activity ensuring highquality psychological input across cases. This includes providing guidance supervision and professional support to EPs undertaking tribunal assessments and reports as well as coordinating the planning and commissioning of EP work related to tribunals. You will also lead the coordination of the teams response to critical incidents in schools ensuring timely consistent and psychologically informed support.
Youll join our Senior Leadership Team and work closely with the Principal EP to support the smooth and effective running of the service helping to ensure we maintain high standards respond flexibly to need and nurture a strong team culture.
